About AML
The company, established, by its Directors, two of whom have BA Hons degrees from the University of Sheffield and the other Director has run some of the most successful companies in South Yorkshire. We are now a highly successful property development and building company.
AML recently won the contract to renovate an old farm house barn just outside Tickhill. Originally used as a cow shed, it was transformed over six months into a four bedroom, three bathroom luxury house. The result of our work is plain to see.
In and around Doncaster, we have built a number of large extensions which interact seamlessly with the existing house, but adding vital additional rooms.
We not only undertake large projects, but cater for those who require property maintenance. From leaking roofs, to patch plasterwork, we meet the needs of most people. We have become particular specialists in pitch roof work, creating bespoke roof structures.
The Company has developed into new build houses, recently acquiring a plot of land in the Wheatley area of Doncaster. Completed in three months, we built two luxurious lifestyle apartments for the modern professional. Following on from this AML built two semi-detached properties in Bentley.
We have built up good working relationships with Building control and Planning at Doncaster Council. We also work closely with highly qualified architects. This allows us to keep up to date with Building regulations amendments and codes of practice in the industry.
Being members of the Federation of Master Builders means we are fully accredited by a recognised body for all our building work. In addition the new build properties are guaranteed through architect’s certificates.
AML operates a stringent Health and Safety policy, which can be viewed upon request. AML has taken out both public and product liability to protect our employees and provide peace of mind for our customers.
